Customer Advisor

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Advisor to join their dynamic team based in Lincoln to support the Developer Services Connections Manager in providing a comprehensive and seamless service to customers.

In this varied role, you will provide a comprehensive and seamless service to the customers and you will be the first point of contact and responsible for ensuring that all customer communications are positive and constructive, ensuring customer satisfaction and that decisions are made with commercial focus.

You will handle customer calls and investigate and process email and postal enquiries based on customer or departmental demand. You will also be responsible for maintaining the management systems and running daily reports to identify completed inspections so jobs can be progressed to the contractors for connection completion for the customers.

Ideally you will have experience of using various IT systems, experience in a customer focused and administrative role, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise varying workloads, experience of providing excellent customer service and have an empathetic nature which comes naturally to you and to be a confident communicator at all levels.
