Supply Chain Planner - Assistant
My client - fast paced global distribution business, due to continued growth are looking to take on an additional five Supply Chain Assistants.
THE ROLE
Control of Supply Chain projects and tasks
Work with Buying, Distribution Centres and suppliers to deliver on time as per time frames (SLA)
Internal and external stakeholder engagement
Manage logistics service providers performance, KPI's, CI
Simplify processes and operations to maximise efficiencies.
Process and track quotes, invoicing and other administrative duties as required.
Deliver successful Christmas and key events.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Communicate effectively with colleagues of all levels is key.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business.
Manage a varied workload
Organisational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities.
Ability to multi-task, be pro-active and work on own initiative, working both in a team and independently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel and Word
Benefits and Role
Salary- GBP32,075 - GBP37,455 pa
Hours of work- 08:00 - 16:30
Days of work- Monday to Friday
Leave Entitlement- 25 days plus bank holidays
