Do you have experience in telephone account management? Are you based in the Thame area? Would you like to be part of a long established and growing business?
Cordant People are supporting a specialist fragrance and skincare provider who, due to continuous growth, are looking to add a permanent, experienced Telephone Account Manager to join the team.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Educated to GCSE/O'Level standard including Maths and English
Confident telephone manner, including good communication and listening skills
Ability to deal calmly and professionally with challenging calls
Computer literate with and a good understanding of EXCEL
Accurate in data capturing
Exceptional grammar and letter writing skills
Able to commute to the office in ThameTHE BENEFITS:
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9 am - 5.30 pm
Salary: GBP18,360
Training and progression opportunities
Location: Thame, UK
Currently a WFH position moving onsite, date TBC THE ROLE:
You will work collaboratively with internal and external customers to resolve their enquiries skillfully and professionally
You will build a professional rapport with your dedicated list of customers, effectively meeting their product needs and grow sales over time.
No two days will be the same during your time as a Telephone Account Manager. You will be working with some of the most prestigious brands including, Tiffany, Gucci and Calvin Klein.
You will also be building relationships with the Field Team, Key Client Contacts and your customers through various communication channels such as inbound and outbound telephone calls, email and at times face to face.

To accurately carry out all administrative and caretaker tasks within Excel and our customer management system Salesforce
