The Vacancy

Due to the increasing levels of recruitment within the firm, we are looking to add to the HR family with the appointment of a Recruitment Advisor.

Working as a key member of the team the Recruitment Advisor will deliver an excellent recruitment advisory service for all legal support and business service roles across the firm. They will work closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and ensure roles are proactively filled. They will also will champion an outstanding candidate experience and in conjunction with the Recruitment Manager, will enhance and promote the Royds Withy King Employer brand.

In an addition to the day to day recruitment requirements, to cover a period of maternity leave, the new Recruitment Advisor will also provide support to the Recruitment Manager with Trainee Solicitors and Vacation Schemes recruitment.

Day to day duties will include:

* End to end management of vacancies across multiple locations

* Provide advice and expertise related to the candidate and recruitment market, as well as understanding key business requirements and challenges

* Act as a super user for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

* Provide regular reports as required on recruitment activity

* Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with qualified and senior recruitment as required

* Take ownership for Twitter feed, posting and sharing relevant content in line with our EVP and wider brand initiatives

* Act as a RWK Brand Ambassador on social media, actively sharing content and representing the brand consistently

* Manage the Careers and trainee email inboxes, responding promptly to enquires

Maternity cover duties will include:

* Work with the Recruitment Manager to execute a pre-determined Vac Scheme and Trainee Solicitor Recruitment strategy

* Coordinate any recruitment related events

Skills, Experience and Attributes

* Previous experience of graduate recruitment

* Recruitment experience gained within a legal or professional services environment

* Previous role filling responsibility

* Previous experience within volume recruitment campaigns

* A keen interest in using, and knowledge of how to use, social media platforms for recruitment purposes

* A strong desire and passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience

* Organised and able to effectively prioritise
