Contributing to the delivery of the corporate objectives through the provision of sound business analysis, using a partnering approach, you will successfully deliver on our projects and programmes portfolio.

Our Business Transformation and IT directorate consists of around 30 people, including five secondees (Subject Matter Experts) from the wider business who are working on major projects, so there is plenty of opportunity for you to learn, grow and further your career with a progressive organisation with an important social purpose – to house people. Our friendly and hardworking team are mostly working from home currently so we are making the most of the technology available to us to keep in touch and work collaboratively. As restrictions are gradually lifted you will join our friendly hardworking team at our modern head office set in pleasant surroundings by the river at Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire, located less than 5 minutes’ drive from junction 3 of the M40. As home working will apply to a greater or lesser extent during Covid restrictions, you should have a suitable place to work remotely/at home. A laptop will be provided and configured for you for this purpose.

These are our must haves:

  • Experience of working across the entire business at enterprise level, as opposed to working on individual projects or programmes
  • Experience of supporting and managing change effectively
  • Highly proficient in business analysis using a range of techniques, to facilitate evidence-based decision making
  • Thorough knowledge of process design, implementation and operation as well as benefits management experience
  • Experience of Lean and/or similar improvement techniques
