Customer Service Manager Required.

Our client, who offers an extensive range of Electrical and Mechanical products are seeking a Customer service manager. They Distribute products in the UK and Ireland for a wide range of world-leading electrical and mechanical component manufacturers.

The customer service manager will be required to own the delivery of the sales and customer service teams and inform business decisions through making innovative commercial recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
Management of sales and customer service.
Commercial analysis, reporting and recommendations.
Customer management.
Continue to expand the businesses digital presence.

Cost control/business profitability
Response time to customer requests.
Sales growth
Number of new customers acquired
Quality of staff
Accuracy of documenting procedures.

Substantial sales and customer service experience

Must Have:
