Our client is currently seeking an experienced Client Support Manager to oversee a small team and provide exceptional support to their clients. The role would suit someone who is a perfectionist that seeks to offer the 5-star experience to clients and who has previous Team Leader/ Management experience.

Role: Client Support Manager Where: Fareham Salary cGBP35-40,000pa

Responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and managing the workload of the Client Sales Team.
Co-driving the sales strategy through creation and implementation of effective client development plans aimed at maximising opportunities with assigned active, non-active and new clients.
Effective management of client projects from start to finish.
Overseeing the creation of proposals, bid documents and presentations.
Managing your own portfolio of clients.
Ensuring that processes are being followed and adhered to and CRM system is kept up to date and accurate.
Recruitment and on-boarding of new hires.
Setting of goals for the team and objectives.
Implementing of training for the team supported by individual coaching and personal development plans.
Creation and analysis of monthly sales reports, pipeline management and forecasts.
Effective resolution of any escalated client issues.You will need:

To be well presented and professional in your approach
Passion, drive and enthusiasm to make a difference
Previous team leader/ supervisory/ management experience
Previous experience of client account management
To be highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Commercial Acumen and the ability to identify business opportunities

To be numerate and experienced in forecasting and financial reporting

To be self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to lead from the front
