Customer Care Advisor
New recruits are looking for a customer care advisor for our clients based in oxford.
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm
Main duties include:
?? Email designs.
?? Take orders from members of staff and public.
?? Co-ordinate orders internally and externally.
?? General admin duties.
Essential Skills:
?? Experience handling customers from all levels.
?? Clear communicator, written & verbal.
?? Polite Telephone Manner
?? Ability to multitask and remain calm under
pressure.
?? Knowledge of computer software including;
- Microsoft word
- Sage & Excel Software
- Database entry systems
- Comfortable talking with bereaved families
Full training will be given if necessary
