The purpose of this role is to drive sales for Coty Fragrances & Skincare in the Independent Channel including Independent Department Stores, Pharmacies and Fragrance Boutiques.

Responsibilities:

* You will work collaboratively with internal and external customers to resolve their enquiries skillfully and professionally in a timely and qualitative resolution.

* You will build a professional repour with your dedicated list of customers, effectively meeting their product needs and grow sales over time.

* No two days will be the same during your time as a Coty Telephone Account Manager. You will be working with some of the most prestigious brands including, Tiffany, Gucci, Marc Jacobs, Hugo Boss, Lacoste and Calvin Klein.

* You will also be building relationships with the Field Team, Key Client Contacts and your customers through various communication channels such as inbound and outbound telephone calls, email and at times face to face.

* To become a 'product expert' for Coty

* To accurately carry out all administrative and caretaker tasks within Excel and our customer management system Salesforce.

Requirements:

* Educated to GCSE/O'Level standard including Maths and English

* Confident telephone manner, including good communication and listening skills

* Ability to deal calmly and professionally with challenging calls

* Computer literate with and a good understanding of EXCEL

* Accurate in data capturing

* Exceptional grammar and letter writing skills

* Working Days: Monday - Friday

* Working Hours: 9 am - 5.30 pm

* Salary: GBP18,360

* Start Date - As soon as possible.
