2nd Line Customer Service Analyst
* Opportunity to work for an industry leading software company

* Remote working initially
Our client is an advanced level technical specialist looking to hire a 2nd Line Customer Support analyst to help resolves customer issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with good customer service skills and a solid technical background, this position is work from home initially but will reintegrate to the office in the near future.
Your duties will include:
* Managing customer issues from initial contact through to resolution
* Offering remote support to end users
* Offering technical device support across a range of systems
* Work as part of an expanding IT team
You will need
* Experience in customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A good understanding of cloud-based technologies, preferable Microsoft Azure
* The ability to convey technical issues and solutions to customers at an appropriate level
* A solid technical background within an end user computer support environment
* The ability to continually strive for service improvement
* Prior knowledge of SQL, ITIL, ITSM and MS Insure would be beneficial
* Accounts and finance background would be advantageous
