Are you a customer focused, resilient individual that thrives in a fast-paced Customer Service environment? If so, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, to join a successful and well-established business based in Bromsgrove.
If you have previous customer service, call centre, or sales experience, this is an exciting position to be considered, working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
This a full time, permanent opportunity with a starting salary of GBP18,200 per annum
Customer Service duties will include:
Making outbound calls to customers to ensure they are happy with the products and offering any support
Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone
Answering the phone and directing the calls accordingly
To record and update information accurately
Skills and Experience needed:
Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills
Confident communication skills
Can work to deadlines and handle pressure
Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character
Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
Previous Customer service skills
Good IT skills
