German Speaking Customer Service Advisor - GBP20,000.00 pa plus benefits

Shifts - Monday-Sunday - Between 8am-10pm
We are currently recruiting for German Speaking Customer Service Advisors for a global company based in Edinburgh to support a financial services client.
As a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting customers in German and English of famous brands and services companies.
You will receive full training from day one, these German Speaking Customer Service jobs are a great opportunity for real career progression offering many employer related benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver award winning customer service via the telephone, email and social media channels. Via inbound calls and emails.
Candidate Requirements:
??All applicants must have right to work in UK
??Your Customer Service Skills are important as well as a positive, friendly attitude with a strong desire to help people.
??Fluent in Spanish& English language
??Ability to communicate, with accuracy and clarity both verbally and in writing.
??Must be able to work 40 hours per week on 5 day shift patterns between Monday - Sunday.
??Previous experience of Microsoft and Excel software would be an advantage
