The role of Senior DCM and Debt IR Reporting Analyst is really important to us. Supporting the Head of DCM and Debt IR in the analysis and reporting of secured and unsecured Funding activity on behalf of Aldermore Group, working out of the Treasury division.
Primarily this involves leading securitisation and other secured funding reporting deliverables, rating agency work, bookkeeping, full legal documentation reviews, project management and stakeholder management (Internal & External). You will also lead ongoing maintenance of existing transactions including securitisation, warehouse funding and BoE funding. This role will have certain responsibilities during the execution and structuring phase to deliver successful post deal reporting outcomes and wider team responsibilities.
Responsibilities includes management of the Treasury systems to enable input of transactions and production of reports also forms part of this role
When the time is right, we would love to welcome you to our London office. In the meantime you will be based remotely. You'll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, Head of DCM and Debt IR, and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.
What would your day look like?
Servicing:
Servicing and cash management of Secured Funding transactions on behalf of Aldermore Group, working in the treasury division
Production and distribution of servicer / investor reports, pool, cash flow and waterfall management for Aldermore's Secured Funding transactionsCash Manager:
Ongoing monitoring of securitisation transactions performance against criteria and triggers
Production of waterfall and waterfall payments
Ownership and production of investor report and publicationPost deal and Investor Relations:
Provide Insight into the competitor market from a debt perspective, and feedback for the businesses benefit and understanding
SME for securitisation system and embedding of robust controls and processesOther Areas of Responsibility:
Interaction with various internal teams (e.g. ALM, Group Finance, Treasury Operations, Group Credit Risk & MIS Team)
What do we expect of you?
Senior Analyst experience in securitisation reporting and post issuance management
Exposure and understanding of the functionality of a Treasury/Debt Capital Markets operation and knowledge of the instruments involved
Strong modelling skills together with analytical capability
Excellent data analytical skills, somewhat of an excel expert
Sound understanding of core financial control and establishing a strong control environment
Demonstrated communications skills and excellent attention to details
