Mobile Mini are the world's leading provider of portable storage solutions and supply to industries, including construction companies, retailers, manufacturers and distributors. Due to continuous growth we are strengthening our IT team across the UK!
Job details: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
Reporting Structure:
You will directly report to the IT Applications Manager.
As part of a newly-structured and growing IT function, ensure first-class operational support and enhancements for IT applications, including SAP ERP system. You will promote the IT team as a business partner to ensure positive change to business processes through the use of technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with Internal Stakeholders to lead and achieve IT Application projects, primarily based around CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) systems
* You will build strong, effective relationships with business stakeholders to gain deep understanding of business processes and requirements
* Maximise capabilities of existing CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) systems to improve operational processes, through system configuration
* Exploring potential third-party systems to collaborate with existing systems to contribute to existing processes e.g. Transport Management, Expense Software, Mobile Apps
* You will oversee structured roll-out of changes/enhancements to wider business and provide effective, ongoing training and support
* Build tool kits including training material, process maps/ documentation to support engagement within the business
Competencies and Qualifications:
* Experience providing ERP system configuration and support to end-users - SAP hugely advantageous
* Demonstrable experience managing application implementation/change projects, through requirements gathering, design, testing and roll-out
* Excellent communicator with experience of engaging with and training our users at all levels of organisation
* Excellent internal customer service focus
* Passionate about innovation, promoting positive change and adding real value
* Good awareness of latest technologies and applications which could support or benefit the business
