The client, a growing technology business with lots of opportunity to develop a career and based in central Manchester are seeking an Operations Administrator to work on various exciting administration and account management projects at this exciting time of growth.
You will work within a multi-talented team providing an exceptional service to an existing client base across Operations, Developers/IT, Marketing, Accounts and HR/Compliance.
They are seeking someone highly organized, ambitious and outgoing and you will have the opportunity to develop your career quickly into Operations or Project Management.
Requirements
* Day to day calendar management
* Booking meetings
* Following operational processes
* Working closely with the on-boarding and account management teams
* Keeping real time spreadsheets updated and accurate
* Working on project management tools such as Trello to ensure operational
processes are followed by multiple teams
* Travel coordination
* Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and clients
Nice To have/Bonus
* Excellent administrative skills
* Ability to update and maintain spreadsheets with the use of Excel
* Understanding of reporting
* Great time management skills
* Collaboration and teamwork skills
* A strong eye for detail and informative updates to teams in order to strategise
* Be able to build relationships with colleagues at all levels
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
