We are searching for a positive and ambitious individual to run our Temp recruitment desk. You have the opportunity to join a fast paced, results driven environment, where you will work alongside a collaborative team and have the autonomy to make the role your own.

We work with many of the UK's fastest-growing Contractors, Distributors and Manufacturers, helping them find and retain specialist Sales, Technical, Operational and Executive staff.

Due to client demand, it is clear that now is the ideal time to start a new temporary recruitment desk.
Candidate:
* You are an experienced recruiter with extensive knowledge of running your own temp desk, preferably within the Construction sector
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of employment legislation around temporary employment contracts
* Excellent planning and organisational skills with with the ability to forward plan and manage your own schedule efficiently
* Self-disciplined to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with a wide range of clients, professionals, and workers on site, with the ability to establish and maintain strong lasting relationships
* Strong leadership attributes to lead by example and motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work in line with the company values
* Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, always looking to improve ways of working and keen to contribute new ideas
* Aptitude in decision-making with the ability to work well under pressure within a strict deadline environment
Role and responsibilities:
Based in our Glasgow office the Divisional Manager will be responsible for setting-up and running our new Temp Desk. Much of the work can be competed remotely, although we do ask that you work from the office for at least 2 days per week. You will be given the autonomy and support to run your own 'business within a business'.
Leads will be provided from our client base, and you will also receive the backing of our telesales and resourcing teams.
