Recruitment Manager

CCA are proud to be partnering with a progressive business who are looking to enhance their internal recruitment team. We are looking for a talented Recruitment Manager who has particular experience in high volume delivery of agents ensuring top talent is delivered.
Key requirements for the individual are:
be very process driven
attention to detail
Ability to work fast pace and changing goal posts
Someone who can forecast and future plan, be resourceful in terms of channels and working with social and marketing team on advertising strategies.
Someone who can imbed process
Understand call centre market and roles we will hire across the business
A leader to train and nurture "green" talent
Line management experience minimum 3-5 years
Possibly be focused on back office recruitment roles so working with key stakeholders to scope the role and do first stage screening and interviewing.
