A new and exciting opportunity has come up for a Client Account Manager to join a well-established renewable energy company as it continues to evolve in the solar energy market. Working in the operations and maintenance team, the Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day running of a portfolio of solar farms. The Client Account Manager will be the first point of contact for clients and will there for need to provide excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities of the Client Account Manager include:

* Being first point of contact for clients and providing excellent customer service skills in order to build the relationship.

* Monitoring a portfolio of solar farms.

* Working closely with engineers on site in order to ensure maximum efficiency.

* Logging and reporting faults found.

* Updating clients on site status and progress regularly and by attending monthly meetings.

* Ensure contracts are being adhered to by producing monthly reports.

* Support business development and the on boarding of new sites by providing good customer service.

* Liaise with clients for additional works by providing quotations and invoices.

* Updating computer systems and answering phone calls in the office.


* Be able to provide a high level of customer service.

* Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

* Excellent admin and organisational skills.

* Writing reports and analysing data.


* Knowledge of the solar industry.

* Understanding of contracts.

* Experience in accounting and using Sage.

What is on offer:

* GBP25,000 per annum salary

* Permanent - 40 hours per week (some weekend work will be required as part of the on call rota)
