We currently have an exciting opportunity for a UK Credit Controller working part time - 21 hours per week, on a 6-month fixed term contract, to support our successful team.
At Future Health Biobank we are passionate about protecting the future health of children, which is why we concentrate our company in two main areas; stem cell banking and diagnostics.
We are the largest stem cell bank in the UK, having stored more samples than all other UK banks combined and have been established for over 19 years. We fully believe in the value of these services, as well as their present and future possibilities. We offer three core services for stem cell banking; Cord Blood, Umbilical cord and Dental pulp, as well as various Diagnostic services.
We currently have a vacancy for a part time UK Credit Controller to join our team based on the Nottingham Science & Technology Park.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to internal and external emails from Clients and other stakeholders.
Check and respond to emails from group inboxes.
Answer incoming calls from clients
Resolving customer account queries in a timely manner.
Reconcile accounts, allocating payments.
Contact customers by phone and email chasing overdue payments using a mail merge.
Processing customers card payments using online system.
Key Skills:
Works to given timeframes and anticipates likely workflows.
Consistently produces accurate work, exceptional attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate at all levels, confident, professional telephone manner.
Willing to do routine tasks.
Self-motivated, proactive and ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
Able to use initiative, but also work well within a team.
Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
Analytical skills to resolve queries.
Shows flexibility in approach.
Terms & Benefits:
21 hours per week
6-month fixed term contract
Salary circa GBP22k FTE per annum
23 days holiday pro rata (excluding bank holidays), rising to 25;
Contributory Company Pension Scheme;
