I am so pleased to be working with my scale-up client on this Recruitment Coordinator role. A truly great opportunity for an experienced Internal recruitment professional to make a difference within this growing business.
Don't get me wrong, this will be hard work - but, what a pay off. This will be high volume work to be looking after - you will have to be a master at prioritisation and juggling your work load.
I am looking for people who are able to work autonomously but at the same time, speak up if you need help! Reporting in to the Senior Recruitment Advisor there, you will support multiple recruiters across the globe with arranging and coordinating interviews, so experience within the international market is truly an advantage here.
To summarise, the Recruitment Coordinator role will be:
* Supporting numerous recruiters in the coordination of the candidate experience
* Scheduling interviews (lots of different stages) across different time zones
* Strong excel skills
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritise
* Stakeholder management is extremely important - ability to manage expectations and be confident to politely push back when needed
* Experience working with a scale up organisation is a huge advantage
As this role is fully remote - I am looking to speak with Recruitment Coordinator's that are based anywhere within the UK- you will need to come to the London office once a quarter, but other than that you will have the capability to work from wherever you want to! This is a fantastic opportunity to champion candidate and internal hiring manager experience, while promoting best practices through use of their ATS and other global processes.
