Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work with our client in Hoddesdon. They will consider

* A trainee

* Someone with sales experience

* A Recruiter

This is a new position as the team is expanding. You will concentrate on candidates first, but then clients in the future.

The salary for this role is GBP18,000 to GBP25,000 per annum, depending on your experience, with a generous commission scheme.

On a day to day basis the Recruitment Consultant will:

* Develop business relationships with candidates and clients

* Find candidates and keep in touch with them

* Work on permanent placements

* Book interviews, make arrangements, and general administration

The successful Recruitment Consultant will:

* Be resilient and sales focused

* Able to multi task

* Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

* Have experience in sales or recruitment, or the desire to be successful in a recruitment career
