Customer Bookings Coordinator
Location: Hybrid working, between Cambridge & home working
Salary: GBP23,000 pa
Hours: 37.5 hours per week including some weekends
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Cintra Language Services Group provides high quality interpreting and translation services to businesses, public sector and voluntary organisations.
Bookings Coordinator - The Role:
As part of our customer service team you will have a vital role in establishing exactly what our customer's need regarding an interpreting assignment, before finding a suitable interpreter from our pool.
Assignments can vary from home visits with Health Visitors to an interview of a suspect in custody or to attending a case in court.
The role involves a wide variety of tasks, which can range from helping interpreters to navigate if they get lost, to being the first point of contact should they need to talk about an emotionally difficult assignment. You will also record data on our bookings database to enable accurate payments to interpreters and charges to customers.
This is an interesting office-based role which does not involve selling services or spending all day dealing with complaints. We are seeking committed people who take pride in their work to join our friendly and supportive team.
Bookings Coordinator - The Candidate:
* Strong customer service experience, particularly over the telephone
* Good interpersonal and oral communication skills
* Good problem solving and organisational skills
* Numerate
* Computer literate
