My client, an expanding FMCG company based in the English Riviera is currently seeking an SEO Manager for their busy offices.
The successful candidate will work in a role that combines creativity with analysis, with the goal of developing digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and revenue against return-on-investment targets.
Role responsibilities:

Identify and execute opportunities to improve search rank for key terms at the top, middle, and bottom of our marketing funnel.
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation.
Collaborate with content marketing and content contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine market
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation
Work closely with the dev team on all upcoming technology launches and implementations.
Review and analyse the websites and give prioritised recommendations for all technical changes.
Keep close to google guideline changes to make sure all websites are in line with the guidelines and we cannot in risk of any penalties.
Consult on any new changes to the websites, including naming conventions, structure, internal linking etc.
Be responsible for the performance and advancement of the natural search performance of the various websites.
Manage natural search execs working with the natural search manager and mentor them to help grow their knowledge around natural search.
Grow the overall search knowledge of the SLT and wolf-packs to help deliver SEO across all activity.
Skills and Experience:

Demonstrable experience running PPC, SEO, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments & tools.
Experience in setting up and optimising on-page SEO.
Ability to create and manage all elements of effective PPC campaigns.
Track record of developing and managing social media.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Relevant marketing qualification or proven experience
Excellent creative judgement
