We are recruiting an Accounts Admin Assistant for our client near Winchester. Core hours are 09:00 - 16:30 but some flexibility can be afforded depending on workload.

We are looking for an experienced & energetic individual who will be be responsible for a number of key elements as well as provide assistance to the team in other areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

* Sage50 & inhouse system data entry

* Purchase Invoice & Statement Checking

* Preparing Sales Invoices

* Credit Control & Supplier Payment management

* Reporting for Clients & Directors

* ISO9001 Compliance admin duties

* Office administration

* GP Analysis and Control

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills on the phone, email and within the team

* Organized, Accountability and being able to plan and prioritize

* Ability to manage own workload effectively and efficiently

* Enthusiastic, trustworthy, reliable and friendly person

* Comfortable in working with a small team
