Digital Learning Content Creator / Designer
Location: Home-based with occasional Head Office commutes to Stokenchurch, HP14
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Pension and Private Health Care

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Learning Content Creator to join our team who can own, design, develop and deliver engaging, content rich online learning solutions that Automotive Dealer staff would complete as part of their learning and development and to support learning activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of our Digital Learning Content Creator:
* Engage effectively and build relationships with Key Stakeholders both internally and externally.
* Ability to interpret client needs effectively, understand and develop learning briefs, scope out end user learning journeys, storyboarding, script and detailed running order creation.
* Design and develop creative and engaging new digital learning content solutions on a range of topics that is on Brand and of the highest quality
* Upload digital learning into relevant digital learning platforms
* Produce infographics, presentations and documents as required
* Report regularly and accurately on your activities and project progress
* Attend meetings as required at DEKRA offices and remotely
These are the key skills you must possess to be successful:
* Creative and inventive, with strong visual design skills, and a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work as part of a team with multiple stakeholders and on own initiative.
* Ability to be organised, work efficiently and working across multiple projects managing your time effectively and meeting set deadlines.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
* Software skills in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Yvond, video/animation creation and editing software, eLearning Authorware, eLearning applications, and LMS systems, PowerPoint and other Microsoft programs.
* Creation of Infographics and supporting learning content.
* Be able to create content that conforms to Brand Identity standards and compliments their design look and feel.
* Able to produce a varied range of digital resources including written articles, videos and infographics.
* Ability to act upon feedback and input in a positive way.
Experience Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience of working in a Digital Learning Content Designer, Instructional Designer, Training Content Creation role or similar
* Experience of creating digital learning content using relevant software
* Experience with Docebo LMS is ideal but not essential
In this role you will be supporting and playing a hands-on role as a member of an existing, experienced digital creative team that produces industry leading content and solutions to aid performance improvement in learning & development for our clients.
The initial project assigned to this role has a fixed term ending Dec 31st 2021 with the possibility of extension depending up on future project needs.
