Marketing Manager
Solicitors Firm, Herne Bay - Kent
Salary DOE + Benefits
A prestigious legal practice with multiple offices is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Manager from a reputable company to join their marketing team in Herne Bay. The firm are accredited for their high level of services and talent.
You will be able to manage multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, confidently communicate with colleagues and peers, take on your own responsibilities and develop the role into your own. The firm welcomes new innovative ideas to bring to the table.
Prior legal experience isn't essential, but will be to your advantage. The firm are looking for someone who is not afraid of a challenge and can think of new and improved ways they can implement strategies, whilst working in a dynamic team.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Drafting of the firm's annual marketing plan and report
Monitoring the firm's marketing budget
Develop knowledge of the firm's brand and implement this in communications
Implementing, analysing and optimising channel marketing campaigns across display, SEO, PPC and paid social
Creating videos and content for use on social media platforms to include LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & Google+
Update and distribute monthly newsletters
Create adverts, flyers and posters
Managing the firm's website content
Reporting on current campaigns, social media interactions and website statistics
Maintaining stock levels of literature and merchandise
Maintaining the system to ensure all information is correct and compliant with GDPR
Ensuring the firm's marketing and business development activities are compliant with all relevant regulating bodies and Lexcel requirements
Reporting to the Partners
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Ideally at least 3 years' experience of working in a Marketing department in a similar environment, preferably legal
Experienced in using Adobe Suite including, InDesign, Illustrator, Rush and Photoshop
Strong attention to detail and deadlines
Extensive experience of developing and maintaining client facing marketing materials.
Excellent communication skills that can be applied both internally and externally including experience of liaising with external suppliers
Experience of planning and implementing strategic plans essential
Experience of planning and running events
Excellent IT skills, especially within Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media
Knowledge/experience of working with CRM systems will be an advantage
