RMS are recruiting for a payroll administrator working in a well known and respected Engineering firm.

the company provide innovative operations management, engineering services and energy management solutions to partners in high hazard, highly regulated industries.

The Opportunity

Recruiting a friendly, customer focused and accurate Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our HR team. You'll be a key member and contributor, with your previous experience in a multi-site HR Department, meaning you'll confidently deliver & contribute to improving a diverse range payroll & benefits duties.

To be successful in this role, you're able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:

Minimum Requirements:

GCSE Grades A-C/9-4 in Maths & English
Experience of processing payrolls
Knowledge of HMRC Regulations
Attention to detail and excellent accuracy skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines/business needs
Competent using Microsoft office and HR information systems
Date system updating, interpretation, reporting, presentation & maintaining
Working to policies, process & targets

This role is a fixed term role for 18 months, to provide maternity cover.
