We have partnered with an innovative, hyper growth, global organisation providing CRM data management and email management and verification solutions. Our client has been supporting organisations globally for over 20 years to target and engage their clients within business and consumer markets and are now seeking a SDR Manager to grow, manage and develop their passionate, high-potential SDR's.

About you:

You are an exceptional SDR Manager who can demonstrate a proven track record of managing, training and growing SDR's/ BDR's. You will be responsible for a team of 4 Business Development Representatives from our clients' graduate recruitment program. This company are on a fast growth trajectory and subsequently the team will be growing rapidly in the near future.
You are a strong, resilient, hands-on leader who can support the team on prospecting, lead qualification, objection handling and appointment setting. Further responsibilities include creating incentive plans and ensuring the team achieves all set KPI's.

Your skills:

• Ideally 4+ years SaaS SDR / Sales leadership
• Adaptable, driven, dynamic and resilient
• Passion for coaching and mentoring individuals
• Completely invested in driving team success
• Excellent organisational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to create and track individual and team metrics
• Creative self-starter
• Motivation for driving your own success
• The ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline
• Great commercial acumen
