Secuirity Guard - Festival
Accolade Security are looking for SIA Registered Security staff and Stewards for an event coming up in Oxford, OX7 3HL
Wilderness takes place between 5th August - 8th August 2021
Arrival date is: Wednesday 4th August, before 2pm please.
Rates:
SIA: GBP10.50ph
IMPORTANT
Staff may have to undergo various COVID restrictions whilst onsite. Please make sure all staff are capable of working whilst wearing PPE and able to undertake regular COVID testing.
Full details of the event, including welfare arrangements, shift times, site access information and other details to follow in due course. However, I have included some information below which should help with your planning.
Shifts & Arrival
We recommend that staff should arrive 1 day prior to the commencement of their first shift - before 2pm.
Travel
Site Postcode: Wilderness, Cornbury Park, Oxford, OX7 3HL. Please note, entry gate to site is: TBC
Note that specific access information is to follow. This may be different to previous years.
Camping
Your team will have a designated camping area, please ensure that your staff camp in this area only. Please keep this area tidy, bin bags will be provided.
Please ensure no prohibited items are brought onto site. The Campsite is a working area. Any prohibited items (Recreational drugs) will be treated the same as if it were found on the main festival site.
Uniform
Please wear black combats and black boots. Aim to bring a couple of items of clothing to wear as you may get muddy depending on the weather. Black wellies are permitted in extreme weather cases. However, we recommend that you wear boots, especially if you're working in a stage pit, as boots will give you a lot more ankle support. All staff will receive a Hi-Viz Vest on arrival. It is responsibility of all staff to look after their uniform and returned all allocated uniform before leaving site.
Welfare
We will supply two meals a day (breakfast and dinner) but please do not let this deter you from making your own arrangements.
