Search HR & Development are delighted to be recruiting for a HR Advisor within a well established manufacturing organisation based in south Yorkshire. Our client is a family run business that has moved from strength to strength and are now turning over of 6 million bakery products distributed to UK'S leading supermarkets per week. Despite Having grown rapidly in recent years, the business still prides itself of having a small, close knit and family feel.
This is a varied HR position with lots of scope for exposure across the full HR generalist remit, including employee relations, talent and succession planning, employee engagement and training as well.
You will be working very closely with the HR Manager who is really looking to take someone under her wing to coach and support them during their time as an HR Professional. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their HR career.
Requirement's:
* Minimum of one years HR experience.
* Experience of working within a HR department having already developed some key HR skills
* A background in manufacturing, retail or distribution would be highly desirable although not essential for the role
* Ability to work in a fast paced and hands on environment
