The opportunity- SourceCo are proud to be partnered with an amazing company to help with their search of a Customer Service Advisor.

This is a rewarding role is a part of a supportive, friendly team helping the vulnerable and local community. This company is keen to invest training in their staff with qualifications available to complete and great progression opportunities available!

Hours of work - 2 x (Apply online only), 2 x (Apply online only), rotating shifts. 5 days on 3 days off including 1-3 x (Apply online only) per month.

Pay rates - GBP10.48 increasing to GBP10.95 after 12 weeks with agents working up to GBP11.98 per hour.

Start date -Immediate

Location -Kidderminster

Role -Customer Service Adviser

Job type -Temporary to permanent.

What does the Customer Service Adviser role involve?

* Inbound and outbound calls to general public

* using systems to answer all variety of calls, from life threatening, assisted care, maintenance, security and welfare

* Inputting call data onto the system

* calling residents to update records and circumstances

Minimum experience:

* No previous experience is required - Full in depth training given and you will never be working without support however telephone

* Resilience is essential as some calls can be difficult to take

* The ability to use your initiative is essential

* Driving licence would be ideal due to location

* Background in call centre, call handling or customer service would be an advantage
