Account Handler

Based in Alcester

GBP25,000 to GBP30,000

Our client who are a well-respected Commercial Insurance Brokerage based in Alcester are looking to recruit a SME Account Handler to join their growing business.

They have over 12 offices in the UK, employing over 450 staff and have won Broker of the Year numerous times.

This role will be remote and office based offering flexible working.

Job Role:

* Being the point of contact for clients in relation to insurance needs - Renewals, new enquiries and MTA's

* Assisting claims team when needed

* Inviting renewals and liaising with underwriters when needed

* Updating system at all times to ensure FCA rules and regulations are adhered to

* Working towards achieving monthly renewal retention on individual allocations

* Working alongside other areas of the business

* Any other duties as needed

Skills Needed:

* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience broking with Commercial Clients

* Be Cert CII qualified or happy to work towards

* Excellent communication skills

* The desire to progress within a company
