Lettings Negotiator
Raynes Park
Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays on a half day)

An independent Real Estate Agents based in Raynes Park are eager to find a confident Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the industry and ready for a challenge.
The main purpose of a Lettings Negotiator role is:
Responsible with the task of finding tenants new homes
Communicating with landlords
Organising and conducting viewings with tenants
Collection of application fees, security deposits and rent payments.
Establish a rapport with tenants and landlords
Being the first point of contact to clients
Co-ordinate property maintenance
Providing a friendly and personable serviceLettings Negotiator Specification:
Experience working within a Real Estate Company
Good time management
Able to deal with a high- pressured environment
Highly organised
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
