During the past two years, business levels have doubled with turnover expected to exceed GBP80m in 2021 and as a result we are seeking to add more branches to our all ready amazing branch network. With our huge investment in a bespoke in-house IT system now taking us onto another level, there's never been a better time to join.
Due to this success, we are now looking to recruit a Branch Operations Manager for one of our newest branches. You will need to be able to demonstrate a successful career to date within the recruitment agency sector either as a Branch Manager or as a Senior Consultant who is looking to take their first step into management. Initially you be building your own team, so it is vital that you have an engaging personality to be able to develop positive working relationships with each of them, as well as your clients and temps. You will be expected to lead the branch from the front, which includes a focus on sales and new business. This role is not for the faint hearted and whilst it will be very demanding it will also be very rewarding as well
Excellent competitive basic salary
5% of the monthly net profit generated by the branch (no thresholds or upper limit)
Up to GBP4,000pa in other targeted bonuses based on gross profit
