Bond Turner is one of the fastest growing law firms in the Northwest. We are part of the Anexo Group Plc and have fantastic opportunities available for ambitious individuals.
Due to continued success we are looking to expand our Compliance Team in Liverpool.
We therefore need multiple Compliance Administrators/Handlers to join us on our exciting journey.
The ideal candidates will have several years work experience from either a call centre or customer service background. The successful hire will be a great communicator and will be able to work at a fast pace.
The role is to assist our clients in the collation of financial documentation to support their claims. This will include:
- Liaising with clients, on telephone, WhatsApp, email, text message
- Persuading and encouraging clients to speed up their claim
- Explaining the claims process to ensure the clients expectations are managed accordingly
- Scanning/photocopying and other administrative duties.
The compliance team is essential to our business. Applicants must have good time management and attention to detail. You must have the ability to prioritise and have effective caseload management. Attention to detail is essential.
We grow organically which means there will be lots of progression on offer for candidates who work hard. This is a great opportunity to join an extremely secure and successful law firm.
The salary is GBP17,000.
