Conrad Consulting are pleased to be working with an established and independent firm of Chartered Surveyors to assist them with finding a Senior Administrator / Front of House to join the team at their auction centre near Wickham Market on a full time permanent basis.
A key part of this role will be the front of house and customer liaison element and the successful candidate will therefore have excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure. This role will particularly suit someone from a client facing background such as the hospitality sector.
Key responsibilities:
Provide a cheerful and welcoming front of house presence,
Plan and organise work for a small team,
Receive and process customer payments,
Manage client invoices and deal with associated queries,
Act as the interface between the purchaser and auctioneer,
Contact customers to remind them of uncollected items,
Collect storage payments. Key skills:
Good typing skills are essential,
Must have good IT skills e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook,
Must be approachable, friendly and cheerful,
Able to deal calmly and politely with difficult people and situations. The working hours are Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.00pm (1 hr for lunch) and some Saturday working will be required.
