An opportunity has arisen for a Home ownership Specialist within a Housing Association.The role sits within a Home ownership team and you will provide a property management service to a patch of homeowners. You will act as a key contact for your customers, managing leasehold enquiries and complaints, estate inspections, raising repairs and offer a specialist advice to homeowners.

A Housing Association based in London is seeking a motivated Property or Housing individual who has solid experience in managing a leasehold portfolio.


The key responsibilities:

Provide a high quality property and housing management service to a leasehold portfolio.
Act as the key contact for customers with enquiries and complaints, ensuring the management of properties are dealt with in a timely manner.
Carry our estate inspections and proactively identify maintenance and Health and Safety issues, managing repairs orders through to resolution.
To offer professional Home ownership advice to fellow colleagues who are managing homeowner enquiries and complaints.
Attend Regional Property and Housing Management meetings and obtaining good working relationships with regional teams. Profile

The successful candidate:

Experience working within a Property or Housing environment.
Experience and good understanding of leasehold management.
Experience of managing and resolving complaints.
Ability to read and interpret lease agreements.

This is a working from home opportunity with required travel to inspect estates in your portfolio. This is an initial Fixed Term Contract, offering a competitive annual salary and a car allowance
