We are looing for an accounts assistant to work with our small accounts team you will be working the following hours but you must be prepared and able to cover for Holidays and Sickness.
Monday All day 9.00am to 5.00pm
Tuesday 9.00am to 12.00 noon
Thursday 9.00am to 12.00 noon
Friday 9.00am to 12.oo noon
The above are your core hours .
You should be a team player but able to use your own initiative must enjoy working with figures be accurate checking timesheets , Reconciliation work, working with spreadsheets , general admin dutes, Raising Invoices.
A must is a good knolledge of Excell spreadsheets.
Our Accounts department have requestedd accuracy and skills in clculating figures with a cheery disposition and an organised manner (Our accounts department do not aqsk for much!!)
