We are recruiting for a Veterinary Practice Manager for our clients practice based in Worcestershire!
This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday with flexibility. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays! You will also get an extra day off for your birthday! A cycle to work scheme, pet insurance discount, Bupa health care and free car parking are some of the benefits.
You will be joining a well-established and supportive team who believe in giving quality service in everything that they do. This veterinary practice has a fantastic reputation and has been serving the local community for over 25 years!
As the Veterinary Practice Manager you will work with the Clinical Management Team to ensure the practice performs incredibly well and continues to be successful.
You will act as the main point of contact for internal and external contacts, managing, delegating and directing queries and ensure that they are dealt with effectively.
You will lead by example and promote a culture of fantastic client service throughout the practice and within all forms of communication.
As Veterinary Practice Manager it is vital that you maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders to promote and build the reputation of the practice and a making the practice a great place to work!
Although you will not need to have worked in a veterinary practice before you will need the following:
Experience in a client service environment.
The ability to demonstrate experience of leadership and coaching.
To be able to manage forecast budgets.
Confidence in the use of IT packages, email and internet-based resources.
Project management experience where you will have met deadlines and targets.
