Just Volume Recruitment, part of The JFR Group, are recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers to join on a full time temporary contract. We are looking for 1 night shift driver and 4 day shift drivers.
Competitive hourly pay rates
GBP16.00 per hour Monday to Friday days
GBP19.00 per hour Saturday days
GBP21.00 per hour Sunday days
GBP17.00 per hour Monday to Friday nights
GBP19.50 per hour Saturday nights
GBP21.50 per hour Sunday night
Temporary contract followed by a Temp to perm process for successful candidates.
Full Time permanent position with a regular shift pattern + overtime available on days off.Our client is one of Suffolk's leading road hauliers. Established in 1932, they're a family-owned business who are employee and customer focused who believe in "Going the extra mile' working alongside ALDI to provide store delivery from their Regional Distribution Centre at Sawley DE72 2HP.
We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers who will be working out of ALDI RDC Sawley. Each driver, once trained will be responsible for loading and making 2 store deliveries per shift.
The Duties and Tasks
Responsible for loading and making store deliveries from the RDC to ALDI Stores across the catchment area, with the focus on compliant and safe working practices while keeping the customers' needs in mind. Daily checks of your vehicle to maintain legal compliance. Always operating within the requirements of EU/WTD hours regulations.

The applicant must:
Have held an HGV Class 1 (HGV Cat C+E) driving licence for a minimum of 12 months with a maximum of 6 penalty points and be over 25 (Insurance purposes). Applicants outside this scope may be considered, dependant on previous employment and experiences.
Have a full and up to date driver CPC, ongoing training while be provided.
Be reliable, responsible and compliant in all duties.
Be a team player, ready to work in a fast-paced environment
Have good customer service skills essential when making deliveries
Advantageous Skills:
