An excellent opportunity has arisen for a recruitment officer to join an established recruitment team for an award winning NHS Trust. This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a team that has the purpose of tackling Covid related matters.

The main focus of the role will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of terms and conditions of service, Trust policies and procedures and human resources best practice keeping up to date with changes in practice and legislation.

* Be responsible for own personal Continuous Professional Development.

* Ensure compliance with equal opportunities principles in all areas of people management throughout the Trust

* Contribute to the development and continual improvement of the HR service.

* Take responsibility for self-organisation and time management.

* Ensure all workstations, work areas and store cupboards are tidy and organised to promote health and safety and efficient working.

Provide high quality advice and support to managers and staff on a range of HR issues, including:

* Recruitment (including participating in interviews)

* Non-complex terms and conditions of service (Agenda for Change)

* Human resources best practices

* Redeployment

* Honorary Contracts
