My client a 'Big Name' within Hospitality is seeking a IT Helpdesk Analyst to join the team

This role is responsible for providing the business with efficient and effective IT service support.

Tasks include:
-logging incidents and service requests
-setting up laptops, PCs and mobile devices
-adding/removing users from various systems
-applying first-time fixes to issues experienced by end users
-managing and taking responsibility for the:

IT asset-management system
Active Directory system
-assisting with project work
-creating service and system SOPs
-assisting with the daily system and backup checks
-configuring and supporting the head-office PBX system
-supporting theretail units Windows operating system, along with Microsoft Office and other applications

Applicants must have a passion and interest for technology and be eager to develop their technical skillset. They will be encouraged to demonstrate their technical and business prowess, along with offering ideas for improvements.

+Must be able to Watford Junction+
