Calling all Payroll Managers in Chester! Do you want a new challenge in the NHS? Are you looking for a long term contract and have previous payroll/NHS experience.
Role: Payroll Team Leader/Manager
Pay- Between 11-GBP15 Per hour based off experience
Duration: 3-6 Months initially then looking for extension.
Location: Chester
To support and develop new Payroll/ESR Officers as and when
To plan and prioritise workloads, highlighting any areas of risk to the Payroll and Pensions Business
Day to day management of the Payroll/ESR
Supporting the development, motivation and inspiration of the team and ensuring adherence to the Trust's values and behaviours
Line managers have a responsibility to check in regularly with staff and recognise stress symptoms, know how to access support and promote the health and wellbeing of their staff
All employees of the Trust have a responsibility for their own health and wellbeing, to inform their manager and seek timely support via the Trust's Occupational Health and Wellbeing departmentTo support and develop new Payroll/ESR Officers as and when
