A well respected building consultancy in Cornwall is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Are you an intermediate or senior level Surveyor with private practice experience and looking for a new challenge?
As the team have secured a strong pipeline of work, they are now expanding their team. You will be joining at a time of substantial growth.
This well established practice pride themselves in providing an efficient and reliable service to a wide variety of clients across the South West. The main areas of work come from retail, leisure, commercial, bespoke residential, industrial and the public sectors, so you will certainly be able to grow your existing portfolio of work by joining them.
In addition to quantity surveying, our client also offers employer's agent guidance, CDM consultancy services, measured surveys and contract administration.
A strong and loyal team are keen to welcome a new surveyor to their plans and there is the opportunity for the right person to take on mentoring of more junior surveyors if you would like that leadership responsibility in your next role.
Alongside your skills as a QS, the Director places huge importance on the team fit, core values & culture. He looks for people who are ambitious, hard working, excellent communicators, have good discipline and a sense of humour.
