Over the next few weeks you'll be stepping into a busy purchase ledger department that still has some elements of traditional paper processing including manual invoices as well as electronic invoicing.

It's a busy department so you'll need to be able to get up to speed quickly and cope with the pace with a high volume of invoice processing where attention to detail skills are crucial.

Experience wise you'll need to be confident with invoice processing as a minimum and have a solid understanding of purchase ledger. Whether that's all you have so far or you're more experienced with the whole process this is a varied AP role so will suit both levels.

As an individual you'll bring energy and drive into the team having a positive attitude and approach to get the job done.

With COVID restrictions lifting this role is fully based on site for the 37 hours per week.

* Processing credit notes

REQUIREMENTS

* Purchase ledger experience

* Strong attention to detail skills

* Confident with inputting invoices

* Ideally comfortable with Sage 50 but not essential
