Administration Clerk - Burscough - Immediate Start
My client has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Clerk to join them on a temporary basis.
My client needs an Administration Clerk to support their busy transport team, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries and provide administrative support to the team including coordinating drivers, dealing with POD's and carrying out general administration duties in the office, you will provide an excellent customer experience via telephone and email. You will be liaising with colleagues, drivers on a daily basis.
You will need:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
To enjoy providing customers with an excellent service
Experience of maintaining accurate records
You must be able to manage a busy workload, multi-task whilst maintaining an excellent attention to detail
You will have great PC skills (eg Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to an intermediate - advanced level
Working hours are Monday to Friday (Apply online only)
