Portfolio HR & Reward have been selected by a fantastic organisation to appoint a new Learning and Technical Training Consultant during a project.
Support the design and development of high-quality training materials to meet the agreed training priorities and strategy
Prepare and deliver training and facilitation of development events whilst maintaining a professional training environment
Assess and evaluate results and provide performance feedback
Experience of working in a highly regulated pharma/laboratory environment or similar
Proven experience working with a LMS platform
