Our client is a very successful warehousing and distribution business who have been experiencing year on year growth for the last few years. Due to this, they are looking for a confident and experienced sales account administrator to provide an exceptional level of customer support for one of their key customer accounts.

This position entails being the first line of support for the customer providing exceptional service and ensuring that the account runs smoothly and any issues raised by the customer and dealt with quickly and efficiently and all relevant administration is completed in a timely fashion.

Other duties include:

* Booking and arranging couriers.

* Managing stock levels.

* Raising purchase orders.

* Pricing and quotations.

* Providing statistics and stock lists daily

* Producing weekly reports.

The ideal candidate can work on own initiative and be self motivated as well as having the following attributes:

* Good customer service skills

* Excellent IT skills, proficient using Microsoft Excel

* Be an effective communicator able to interact well at all levels

* Confident telephone manner, personable

* Attention to detail, accurate data entry skills and highly numerate

* Have the ability to deal with ad-hoc requests

This role reports directly to the Sales and Purchasing Manager

Business hours Monday to Friday 9.00am -5.30pm working from the office.
