Are you a proactive hands on office manager or personal assistant, looking for a role that can be flexible around you? Need to do the school run and would like a role that could work around the drop off and pick up?

We are looking for someone to support the MD in this growing service engineering business. You will need to be flexible in your approach as this role is new to the business. Working in a vibrant team with a company that genuinely cares about its employees, you will be in great hands.

The role of a personal assistant / administrator

Booking of hotels and organising overnight stays

Data cleanse of existing databases (excel)

Answering calls and emails.

Managing & Ordering office supplies.

Social media management.

Taking meeting minutes.

Typing letters etc

Skills & Qualifications required be a successful Administrator

Great communication skills

Must be proficient with MS packages especially Excel.

Proactive & must work off your own steam.

The package on offer for this Office Managers role.

Monday - Friday 16 - 20 hours - flexible working pattern

GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 Basic salary. Pro rata
