Cnc Turner Programmer Conversational Controls

We are currently recruiting for a skilled CNC Lathe/Tuner Programmer with extensive experience in using conversational controls to programme jobs from scratch (from drawings)
The role is permanent with an immediate start for the right candidate. Our client based in Elland, Halifax specialise in sub contract work for other machining/engineering companies.
THE ROLE:
* Programming, setting editing and operating a CNC turning machine (Colchester Lathe)
* Programming jobs from scratch, undertaking sub contract batch work, or one offs
* Completing job from start to finished product
* Working in a small team environment for a well established engineering firm
THE CANDIDATE:
* Must be time served or apprentice trained (training is not provided)
* Must be able to PROGRAMME, set edit and operate turning machines, using conversational controls, or siemans
* Must be confident in completing work from drawings (no part programming is done for staff in the work shop)
* Must be looking for a full time, permanent position
THE SALARY AND BENEFITS:
* 13.50 per hour
* Monday to Thursday 7:30 - 16:30, with an early finish on a Friday
* Overtime available (paid at overtime rates)
